So I just learned that our walker is not recommended by pediatricians...mostly because kids fall down stairs and get into mischief. We don't have any stairs for her to fall down (the door to our ancient cellar stairs is too narrow for this thing to even get close to...) and she's in our sights when she's tooling around. So shhhh, we're going to keep letting her scoot. And the house plants are going to get new homes out of reach.
Helping in the kitchen. Yes, we realize the stove is behind her. Ryan is 2 feet from her face right now and keeping an eye on things. No burns for this kid. When Lu is a toddler, our kitchen in its current state will probably be off limits. Luckily we have doors between every room.
Still working on steering...she tends to veer to the left.
Sneaking away....wait what did I say about letting her use the walker. Shoot, maybe I should reconsider.
